Full Moon Hike
The Paul H. Douglas Center for Environmental Education is offering a self-guided night hike with rangers posted along the route through Miller Woods. On this day, July’s moon will be full and was named by American Indians, the buck moon.
This two-hour hike begins at the center at 8 pm and continues along the trail with rangers sharing various night life tidbits. There is no need to pre-register. Bring along bug repellent and a flashlight to be used for emergencies.
