National Park Lovers Love Miller: Miller Beach is where the Indiana Dunes National Park begins, and is surrounded on all sides by the national park.  Beach Lovers Love Miller:  With over 5 miles of wide natural beach, there’s room for everyone and shallow walk in waters to play in. Hikers and Bicycle Riders Love Miller:  Over 20 miles of hiking and biking trails link local beaches, hiking trails, downtown shopping and architecture.  Art Lovers Love Miller: Miller Beach has a thriving arts scene, with galleries and street art in its downtown area as well as live performances.

Miller Woods Beach

This the first Lake Michigan beach in the Indiana Dunes National Park, at its western most point. Natural wind swept sand dunes and walk in waters. Hike the Paul H Douglas Trail there, or park at Lake Street Beach and walk 200 feet to the west. A great spot for swimming, or walking along the water. Peaceful spot.
